•Discount codes must be entered at checkout; only one code can be used per order

•Promotional codes are at our sole discretion and may be restricted or withdrawn without notice

7. DELIVERY

Standard shipping options and costs are listed at checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

8. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel or amend your order before it is dispatched by contacting us. However, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. We offer a 30-day returns policy for your convenience. Returned items must be unused, with swing tags attached, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. You may be responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

9. FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect your ordered items upon arrival (before wearing them) and contact us as soon as possible if they are damaged, faulty or if you received the wrong items.

Note: General wear and tear or accidental damage is not considered a manufacturing fault.

10. GIFT RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Gifts can be returned for store credit or exchanged. Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser.
