RETURNS

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. To request a return, you need to send us an email with your order number to: hello@sawlt.co.uk. Then we will send you all the details on how to return.

Your returned item must be:

•in the same condition as you received them

•unused and its swing tag must remain in place - PLEASE do not train in them until you know they definitely fit you

•returned in its original branded ziplock bag

Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns and will deduct the postage cost from your refund. Please keep hold of your proof of postage certificate/tracking details. SAWLT will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit.

Refunds will be made back to the original payment method for the purchase and can take up to 10 business days to be proceeded. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please contact us at hello@sawlt.co.uk

For international orders we do not refund any customs duties, local sales taxes and handling charges. All packages must be marked “Goods returned under warranty” for customs purposes. Once we receive your returned items, we will issue the refund.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS?

Please inspect your ordered items upon arrival (before wearing them) and contact us as soon as possible if they are damaged, faulty or if you received the wrong items.
